Requirements:
- University degree holder, 5+ years sound HR experience is mandatory
- Assists in the design and administration of HR policies and procedures, performance appraisals, salary awards, recruitment, training, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, able to handle HR & admin functions independently; well-versed in UAE labor laws
- Good command of written and spoken English, and Arabic will be an advantage
