Requirements:-
• Contribute towards sales plans for the brands, analyze and interpret trends, and ensure stores are up to date on market trends.
• Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational issues, market trends, competitors and customer to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy.
• Conduct regular store/Display check-ups to review operational standards and monitor quality of customer service.
• Observe the standards and provide feedback to management to take appropriate action at store level.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 3-4 years of Managerial experience with proven track records in Retail Management.
• Strong conceptual & analytic skills with Results driven customer focus, Vendor Relationships and Market Knowledge.
• Excellent Communication in English (Arabic would be distinct advantage) with computer literate.
• Male age below 35 Years.
