PA to the CEO, UAE


Job Title: PA to the CEO
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Palma Real Estate 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English language, written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide all aspects of administrative support to the CEO
  • Prepare correspondences as directed
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyses data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
  • Use word processing/database/spreadsheet software to provide documents as required 
  • Maintain records through data entry, filing and completion of documentations in order to ensure accurate information is retained
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
