Job Title: PA to the CEO

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English language, written and verbal communication skills
- Provide all aspects of administrative support to the CEO
- Prepare correspondences as directed
- Conduct research, assemble and analyses data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
- Use word processing/database/spreadsheet software to provide documents as required
- Maintain records through data entry, filing and completion of documentations in order to ensure accurate information is retained
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
