Requirements:
- The ideal candidate shall have a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited, internationally recognized university / institution and 15 years of experience, five of which as a Contracts Manager, in major / international roads and infrastructure projects.
- He should be able to handle all commercial and contractual matters with clients, subcontractors and suppliers and be familiar with the FIDIC and various forms of contracts (lump sum, re-measured, cost plus) and also with CESSM3.
- He will be responsible for safeguarding the employer’s interest by handling variation and scope change. Safeguard the contractor’s interests and rights including extension of time, interruptions, drawing delays, design revisions and delays, variations, change orders, loss of productivity and the like
