Company: A mutli-discipline conglomerate, based in Abu Dhabi is seeking to recruit for its Head Office Requirements:
- Manage finance & accounts, budgeting, management reporting of the holding company and consolidation of accounts at the Group Level.
- • Develops, communicate and implement the financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- • Coordinate with the various subsidiaries and associates of the Group on areas of finance & accounts, payment authorization, commercial matters, policy matters, signing mandate and such other matters.
- • Liaises with financial institutions, banks, insurance companies and external audit of the Group.
- A Chartered Accountant with a proven record of career success of 10 - 12 years in Finance & Accounts with at least 5 years at a similar role in a corporate finance and accounts position in a demanding and professional environment, solid financial background in accounting,budgeting, consolidation, reporting, IFRS, Financial Analysis, financial modeling/business projections etc.
