Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Approximately 20 years of extensive experience in major roads and infrastructure projects in value of QAR 0.5 billion and above.
- Initially, he will be responsible for advising the Tendering Team in the preparation of the technical and financial proposals. He will then be responsible for team build-up of won projects, and the overall technical and financial performance of projects, with emphasis on HSE and QA conformance and procurement issues.
- He should have good skills in communicating with Clients / Project Managers / Consultants and most importantly with his project teams.
- He should have a strong contractual background and he is expected to assist in defining the scope of subcontractors / suppliers / manufacturers and make his own recommendations. He should be familiar with various
- forms of contracts and have a contractual background.
