Company: Our Supermarkets offer a complete range of goods and services for our customers including extensive range of grocery, home & personal care products, serviced delicatessen, fresh produce, serviced meat & fresh fish departments, in-store bakery, frozen foods and an
extensive range of non-food products, fashion, electrical, footwear and kitchen accessories.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
• Purchase all raw materials & packaging products according to projected production & sales targets.
• Maintain excellent displays of in-store produced and brought-in bakery products.
• Effectively plan and monitor production, sales, margin and control waste & shrinkage within our Serviced Bakery Departments.
• Produce a range of added-value bakery products according to local customer tastes.
• Coach and mentor a diverse group of bakers and bakery assistants to achieve targets, and service levels within the bakery departments.
• Liaise with other department within the Supermarket, Head Office and Buying Office to cooperatively design attractive promotions for
customers.
• Define, implement and monitor an effective Hygiene & Cleanliness programme according to Company Standards.
Requirements :
The successful candidate should have a transferable Iqama and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, with a large supermarket company.
Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
