• Knowledge of ERP and other software packages
i.e. MS office.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in telesales.
• Good communication skills (English & Arabic).
• Good Telephone etiquettes, polite, confident and professional approach.
• Good computer and software knowledge.
• Build customer relationships.
• Willingness to meet Customers for face to face meeting
• Well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.
• Enjoys working within a target-driven team environment
