Requirements:
- Should be a Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in the steel industry.
Job Profile:
- Assess business opportunities and market potential.
- Develop new customers; increase market share for the product brand.
- Establish and maintain good relations with existing and new customers; retain customers through contact management.
- Conduct analysis and advise on developing new products based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries; prepare quotes, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Prepare projection of monthly and annual sales.
- Coordinate with the technical department for production planning based on sales orders.
- Handle all customer communication related to sales, material availability, payment and shipping.
- Handle marketing communication, support marketing activities such as exhibitions, customer meet.
- Support sales budget preparation and submit budget analysis reports.
