. Be a “Business Planner” while devoting attention to exploit the business opportunities that are presented to the organization.You should be reliant on good knowledge of best practices and management theories. Need to demonstrate considerable sales experience in the field of EPC projects.
• Conduct continuing market research in the company’s areas of interest and
identify new opportunities to expand.
• Prepare a detailed business plan in order not to lose sight of our goals and
objectives.
• Network with other business associates, contractors and clients, whereby to
establish a supporting group.
• Develop a situation analysis of the company including its strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a
strategic plan for the future of the
