Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Commercial discipline, preferably with Insurance certification
- 1- 2 years experience in handling claims.
- Proficiency in computer systems, with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads to achieve the plan.
- Ability to manage work related to non-marine claims.
- Ability to monitor the workflow.
- Ability to manage all aspects of the claims process at a technical, advisory, a specialist resources, negotiation, administrative and interpersonal level to ensure efficient and effective settlement within the terms of the relevant policy wording and agreed quality standards.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to keep a proactive pulse on the business and provide quick response as required.
