Responsibilities
- To manage and develop Process Section in a safe and productive manner, to provide Process Engineering Services to Production Sections and to other relevant users of such services. Provide Process technical support for minor and major modifications, review of Process, Basic and detailed engineering design packages for the projects and budgeting.
- Minimum Bachelor degree, in Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 10 -15 of relevant process design or project development experience in petrochemical capital projects.
- Possess rich exposure to prevalent design engineering codes & standards, new Projects concept development, engineering and commissioning.
- Experienced in development of PFDs, P&IDs, Material and Energy Balance calculations,
- Experienced in Process Safety Management concepts and practices, Safety and relief system design and evaluation, and to be trained&qualified to lead PHA & HAZOP studies during all stages of projects and operation.
- Possess rich experience in concept and feasibility studies of grass root and de-bottle necking projects
- Experienced with review and development of the plant projects from initiation to execution.
- Possess experience in Process Equipment Design using Process Simulation software like Aspen plus.
- Experience in Petrochemical processes for Ethylene-dichloride / Vinyl chloride monomer/Caustic Soda and Chlorine.
- Possess experience of Air separation,Cryogenic operations, Steam generation, Product and raw material storage, loading&unloading facilities & integrated Waste water treatment facilities.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
