Requirements:
Main duties include:

1. To administer the Company’s Occupational Health Management programme.

2. Management of the Wellness programmes, and assist in HES community relations.

3. Provision of clinical services for OPQL employees.

4. Assist in HES Policy and Procedure development.

5. Provide oversight for health and hygiene of all company facilities, both onshore and offshore.

6. Provide oversight for offshore medics.

7. Case management of acute illnesses or injuries.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience.
Experience of Occupational Health/Workplace Health would be an advantage.
Must possess a very high level of computer literacy in MS Word, Excel etc.
BSN or BSc Degree in Nursing or related field. Professional certification preferred, i.e. RN/RGN

Skills:

Very good communication skills in English; both oral and written.

Able to work under pressure and independently without supervision, must also be an effective team player.

Must be highly organised, with excellent interpersonal skills.
