Requirements:
- Diploma in travel and tourism or equivalent.
- Degree in Travel management; Tourism.
- Minimum 3 years front line travel experience preferably in Corporate/Holiday travel.
- 5+ years in similar role.
Main Duties of this Position:
- Provide a travel service to include but not limited to airline tickets, holidays & travel related products to Group clients as well as retail clients.
- Building up relationships with internal as well as external clients.
- Offering face to face and telephone advice to customers.
- Meeting sales targets as set by the company. Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades.
- Quoting tickets/holidays and converting these to bookings.
- Dealing with customer enquires, bookings and complaints.
- Dealing with all administrative work pertaining to all travel related documentation
