Job Title: Assistant Manager / Team Leader

Company: A reputed multinational organization is looking for high potential and dynamic staff for UAE projects.
Requirements:
  • Capable of handling a group of 100 field sales staff, both in consumer and corporate sales. 
  • Graduation or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior position in outdoor sales, preferably in telecommunications. 
  • Excellent communication skills, people management, negotiation skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, grievance handling, team building, workforce diversity.
