Job Title: Crane & Lifting Equipment Inspection engineer /Inspector
Job Location: Qatar
Company: International company looking for their middle east operations
Requirements:Candidate should have any of the following experience;
1. Operational Knowledge of Lifting Equipment Regulation, and all relevant BS,
BS EN,BS EN ISO,ASME Standards for Inspection and Certification of Lifting Equipment.
2. Third Party Inspection and Testing of various Lifting Equipment such as
Mobile Crane, Construction and passenger lift, Gantry cranes EOT Crane,
Forklift, Man lift Side Boom Crane, Wire rope slings, Webbing slings, Eye Bolt,
Shackles, Chain slings, Chain Block, Lever Hoist and various type of loose
tackles used for Lifting operations.
3. Inspection of welding machines for various clients as per major oil companies
own checklist.
4. Issuing Certification & Documentation in accordance with the Relevant British
and International Standards.
5. Assessment of all Machineries and Operators and issuing certificates as per
the standard local regulations.
6. Training of Riggers, Fork Lift Operators and Heavy Equipment Operators and
giving them the basic knowledge of Machines and safety operations.
7. Load Test and examinaƟon of loose liŌing gears
8. Carry out NDT Inspection particularly in Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye
Penetrant Inspection, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging and Eddy Current.
9. Witness and Certification of Pressure Vessels, Pressure Relief Valves, and
Pressure Gauges
Education & Certificates:
• Mechanical Engineer
• Having certificate from Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) will be preferred.
Experience:
• Should have at least 3 years experience in same field.
• Approved inspector from Aramco / QP will be an added advantage
