- Effectively manage the central kitchen operations to achieve the highest standards of food services production and quality.
- Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise all related culinary activities.
- Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food.
- Select and develop recipes
- Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Establish presentation technique and quality standards, plan and price menus
- Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the central kitchen.
• 8 year experience In the same role and well experience of catering functions.
• A highly motivated leader, able to demonstrate strong organizational and management skills
• A passion for high quality food and food Service Experience of sourcing and purchasing co*t effective supplies
•Good working knowledge of current food trends and special
