• The ideal candidate must have Managerial experience in all Fresh Food Departments.
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Departments and be able to take responsibility for the Customer Service, cleanliness, merchandising, ordering, costing, P&L, Staff development and wastage control.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager.
• This is a vital role within the organization.
