Company: A reputed multinational organization is looking for high potential and dynamic staff for UAE projects.
Requirements:

• To overlook all the HR functions, sourcing, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations and legal compliances as directed by the head office. 
• MBA (HR) / MHRM / MPA or equivalent. 
• 5-7 years experience of core HR practices in a Senior Management position. 
• Excellent communication skills, people management, negotiation skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, grievance handling, team building, workforce diversity.
