- Key job functions will include driving the implementation of HR policies, processes & practices so as to achieve the company’s objectives of attracting, managing, developing & retaining the employees in order to meet the present & future business objectives of the company.
- This task is to be achieved in active collaboration with the regional HR teams as well as with the global/area teams.
- This includes competence development, rewards,performance & organizational development, HR administration & information systems as well as industrial/labour relations.
- Applicants sought will be graduates with 6+ years HR experience in a multinational, preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment and with prior experience in managing a large technical workforce.
