Requirements:

B.S. or equivalent in Telecommunications/ Electronics.
Minimum 6 years experience in handling conventional and advanced Audio / Video equipment.
Experience in establishing Public addressing systems, satellite TV receivers, Audio and Video conference setups etc.
Design of acoustic and lighting systems.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Design, implementation and support of audio visual systems, public addressing systems, satellite TV receiver systems, integrated video and audio conferencing systems/ infrastructure.
Design of smart conference rooms, acoustics and lighting systems.
Audio visual equipment upgrade and repair.
Technical reports, technical specifications & contract documents preparation.
New technologies study and introduction/ implementation and the like.
Working with users in different levels of management, technical,and administrative positions.
Processes and procedures development for video conferencing services
End‐to‐end management of multimedia conferences (video, audio, web,streaming, etc.)
All aspects of VC execution: installation, call set up,troubleshooting and resolution (microphones checks, remote controls,control systems, cable management, etc.)
Setting up, testing,operating and removing down of AV and VC equipment during special events and high profile senior executive meetings.(E.g. video data projection systems, computers, audio and VC equipment,microphones, video cameras, audio systems, & operation of integrated AV systems)
Software support for Video Conferencing Server (Montage Server) High level technical specs drafting
End user training
