Requirements:

B.S or equivalent in Electronics/ Computer Science/Telecommunications
Minimum 8 years of experience related to the design of IP‐based and non IP‐based SCADA Systems (4 years of full time experience in internal IT auditing or other audit or advisory role with an IT emphasis, 2 years of supervisory or project management experience).
Experience with standard industry instrumentation, protection and controls,trouble shooting and analyzing utility protocols such as Modbus etc.
Familiarity with Ethernet LAN and WAN design, cyber security with time synchronization requirements and methods.
Solid knowledge or experience auditing Encryption, Tokenization, Identity Access Management, Service Oriented Architecture,Enterprise Architecture,Social Networking,Emerging Technology,Network, Web 2.0, and SDLC project audit experience.
Proven experience collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems and drawing logical conclusions.
CISA, CISSP or CIA certified.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate Company’s audit risk areas in network and SCADA and provide key input to the development of the internal audit plan.
Conceptual and detailed design creating, modifying and reviewing schematic diagrams.
Communication network design, time synchronization design,device configurations and documentation.
Programming modern substation RTUs, intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs),and HMIs.
Configure and optimize OPC interfaces with PLCs/RTUs etc.
Preparation of technical reports, technical specifications & contract documents.
New technologies study and introduction /implementation and the like.
End user training.
