- Developing and coordinating for all services required to start up a hypermarket business.
- Ensuring the business will provide the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses.
- Building systems and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the hypermarket operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees.
Education: Postgraduate in Management Studies preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Knowledge of effective merchandise presentation standards. Understanding of basic retail concepts. Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
- Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
