Tasks & Requirement:
- 1st / 2nd Level-Support (Client, Server und Network infrastructure)
- Client-Support in MS-Office (2010, 2013), Windows 7
- Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of the Workplaces (Hardware and Software)
- Assistance in projects (starting from conception to finalize)
- Assistance in Evaluation (Hardware and Software)
- Completed vocational training in the IT-Field
- Professional experience in IT-Infrastructure
- Professional experience in MS Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012), Active Directory, Netzwerk and Security
- Work experience in MS Lync, MS TFS, MS TMG,
- Professional experience in Virtualization (VmWare)
- Professional experience in Storage-Systems (HP, NetApp, Vlan’s, Lun’s, etc.)
