  • Use widgets to solve technical issues Relay customer needs to other staff Ability to solve customer problems 
  • Telephone support , email, documentation communication Skills Knowledge of internet protocols including SSH, HTTP Experience with diagnostic tools of ping and dig Troubleshooting skills from Windows and Mac 
  • IT Degree or Diploma 
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) 
  • Accountant Executive Duties Prepare income/ sales/ deposits Prepare monthly reports Follow through returned items Analyze revenues, financial assets and liabilities Calculate future financial predictions Create monthly balance sheet of profit and loss schedules.
