Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering and Degree in Business Management is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in construction field
- Knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows operating system
- Proficiency in English (Oral - Written)
- Age above 35 years old
- NOC mandatory
- Ability to select local / foreign suppliers.
- Utilize integrated procurement software.
- Ability to place orders, appraise products, checking shipments and services.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders and negotiate terms and conditions.
