Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications.
- Minimum 6 years experience in installation,testing, commissioning and maintenance of digital PBXs, key telephone systems, intercom systems, Fax machines and subscriber installations.
- Experience on Nortel Meridian PBXs is preferred.
- Experience in VoIP.
- Knowledge of related test instruments is essential.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing,preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of small, medium and large capacity Nortel PBXs, key telephone system, intercom system, associated power supplies, rectifiers,inverters, Fax machines and various types of telephone instruments.
- Supervision of staff executing maintenance / installations at subscriber’s premises.
- Providing application software support such as softphone and Efax.
