Requirements:
- Should have at least 3 years experience in handling computerized reservations / ticketing using Amadeus.
- Professional qualifications in the travel field with IATA certification will be preferred.
- Explaining and booking Domestic & International Package Tours, Hotel Bookings and Air Tickets.
- Professional in email correspondences.
- Providing good customer service to our Clients / Accounts with sufficient assistance for obtaining visit visas or others.
- Working as a team to achieve office target.
- Working closely and assist Sales managers to achieve company goals.
