- Estimate the final cost of the construction project, considering all small and big aspects such as employee salary, electricity required, special machinery, etc
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents
- Computes cost by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
- English is must
- Minimum 5 years experience
