- Initiates and oversees property related contracts to include buying, selling and leasing, payments collections, routine maintenance repairs, and capital replacement processes
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- English is must
