- University degree in any discipline with 7 - 8 years experience in the procurement of construction materials, preferably in the UAE.
- Should have strong contacts with local suppliers or be able to build contacts in both the local & international markets.
- Should have excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills,the ability to estimate costs, monitor and forecast price trends, prepare alternate sourcing plans, etc.
- Have a good command of spoken English.
- Arabic will be an added advantage.
