Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Construction Manager and with 5 years experience in the Gulf region.
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / B.Sc. in Architecture degree or higher
• PMP (an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts Implementation.
• Proven knowledge of contract interpretation, claims and variations analysis, dispute resolution, project monitoring, subcontract management, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Job Brief

1. The Construction Manager’s role is to supervise the execution of the assigned projects, 
2. perform necessary inspections and monitor site progress. Coordinate with different 
3. disciplines, both internally and externally.
4. The Construction Manager must be able to ensure the implementation of the project plan.
5. Keep the project on track in terms of schedule and budget.
6. Identify, monitor and respond to risks.
7. Provide accurate and timely report of the project metrics.
8. Responsible for any changes in the contracts, negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the Contracts Manager and others.
