Requirements:
- Good command of English and Arabic is mandatory
- Local Arabic accent is preferable
- 6 months to 1 year experience as call center executive will be an added advantage
- Sales experience is preferred
- Must have ability to deal with tough, difficult and angry customers if such situations arise.
- Being customer and quality focused, polite and willingness to work in shifts is a pre-requisite for the above mentioned role
