Requirements:
- Licensed Grade “B” Mechanical Engineer; – Valid license from Ministry Of Municipality & Urban Planning / Civil Defense
- Must have at least 7 years of experience.
- Specialization in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Irrigation etc.;
- 4- Experience in construction of high rise buildings, villas, commercial buildings, industrial buildings etc.
- 5- Able to perform site inspection, testing & commissioning.
- 6- In depth knowledge of international codes of practice and local regulations (QCS ,KAHRAMAA , Civil Defense)
- 7- Basic knowledge in construction materials.
- 8- Can coordinate properly the shop drawings to other disciplines.
