Requirements:

• With 15+ years experience as a Project Manager and 5-7 years experience in the Gulf region.
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / B.Sc. in Architecture degree or higher
• PMP (an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts Implementation.
• Proven knowledge of contract interpretation, claims and variations analysis, dispute resolution, project monitoring, subcontract management, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Job Brief

1. The Project Manager’s role is to plan, direct, in some cases coordinate activities concerned with the supervision of construction and maintenance of construction projects. 
2. Manage the development of the project(s) from time, cost and quality viewpoint, aiming to complete the 
3. project(s) efficiently on time and within budget. 
4. The Project Manager must be able to develop the project management plan and all other related components of it.
5. Keep the project on track in terms of schedule and budget.
6. Identify, monitor and respond to risks.
7. Provide accurate and timely report of the project metrics.
8. Responsible for any changes in the contracts, negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the Contracts Manager and others
