Requirements:

Licensed Grade “A” Mechanical Engineer; – Valid license from Ministry Of Municipality & Urban Planning / Civil Defense
Must have at least 12 years of experience.
Specialization in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Irrigation etc.;
Experience in construction of high rise buildings, villas, commercial buildings, industrial buildings etc.
Able to perform site inspection, testing & commissioning.
In depth knowledge of international codes of practice and local regulations (QCS ,KAHRAMAA , Civil Defense)
Basic knowledge in construction materials.
Can coordinate properly the shop drawings to other disciplines
