Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering, having 10+ years of experience in the GCC, preferably in a civil engineering company.
- Well-conversant with construction materials (Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, etc.), specifications and international standards.
- Expertise in techno-commercial analysis, negotiation and contract for the supply of materials and construction equipment.
- Working experience in analyzing market and developing price forecasts.
- Having a knack for business development in the field of civil engineering projects.
- Working experience in efficient software for purchase, budget and supply chain management.
- Skillful in developing & implementing controlled procurement procedures.
