Requirements:
- MBA graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Preferable age less than 40 years.
- Experience with leading Management Consulting and Contracting companies preferably in UAE.
- Extensive exposure to Engineering/ Properties and well exposed to pre /post constructions related aspects.
- Well versed in standard contract conditions like FIDIC, NEC & relevant codes with strong commercial and legal skills.
- Should have good networking relations with clients and consultants and strong background in negotiating, tendering and estimating with a keen eye for detail.
- In depth knowledge on authority approvals and processes.
- Strong knowledge of materials and prices.
- Minimum previous experience of 3 years in the building contracting field is a must.
- Experienced in negotiating development jobs and supervising the contractors
