Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be a Graduate/MBA in HR holder, below 35 years of age, female candidate, having a good personality and excellent command in English.
- Job requirements will be to Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are accurately and timely processed;
- Formulate & design related Policies & Procedures for Payroll & Benefits;
- Design & implement compensation & benefits break-up to all categories of staff of all companies; Address requests /requirements of all payroll & benefits related concerns;
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits to newly hired, temporary workers, transferred employees, promotions and terminations;
- Ensure regular preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end relevant management reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, Provision, etc.)
- In addition, you will be well versed in all HR related functions; have an Excellent knowledge of compensation & benefits, performance appraisals and evaluations;
- Leadership skills to help in managing the staff and coordination of resources; Fluency in English; Computer skills (Microsoft Office & HRIS packages); Problem solving and decision making skills;
- Salary Package offered is AED 8,000 – 10,000 (negotiable for the right candidate), medical and company benefits.
- Preferred nationality would be Indians.
