Requirements:
- He or she will be responsible for implementing revenue management tactics that optimize room availability and rates to maximize profits while meeting guest requests in the reservation process.
- Because Reservations is one of the first points of contact for a Hotel guest, Reservation Agents must be knowledgeable about all aspects of Hotels facilities, services, policies and procedures.
- He or she shall lead the reservation agents and shall monitor their performance, training and guide them in an efficient way to help improving guest experiences and services during making the bookings.
- He or she has full knowledge of the Opera, GDS, CRS, Synaxis, Lanyon, IDEA, Forecasting management system.
- He or she shall report to the General Manager and shall work closely with the Sales and Revenue Teams to achieve the company tasks.
- Previous experience in the GCC is a must.
