Requirements:
- Provide a complete management and administrative support to the manager.
- Coordinate meetings between the General Manager and Head of Departments.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager for the implementation and violation of company management procedures and report to the General Manager.
- Coordinate with staff and guests regarding the air ticketing and hotel bookings.
- Maintain and record all HR documents and coordinate with PRO for visa processing.
- Maintain records of stationery purchased and office equipment maintenance with the required personnel.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department on proposals.
- At least 5 years experience in supporting company management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
