• Qualification: Diploma / ITI certificate in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5 to 6 years in the Middle East

Brief Job Description:

• Should have good knowledge of MV cable laying works, installation of control panels, switchgears, transformers, package substation, etc.
• Should have good communication skills, be able to conduct toolbox talks, track site activities to meet timeline, able to resolve the conflict among the employees at site, report deviations immediately to the management.
• Should have good team building skills, analytical & problem solving skills, decision making skills, time management skills.
• Should have knowledge of the safety working procedures & ensure a safe working environment.
• Should be able to manage a team & monitor & control the subcontractor’s activities to ensure the complete scope of work is covered.
