Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years experience as a team leader in an auto loan department.
- Manage a team to solicit auto finance business from pre-owned automobile dealerships and achieve cross sell targets.
- Develop and grow the auto loan business.
- Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients.
- Proven track record of auto loan sales achievement.
- Ability to coach / mentor a sales force.
- Ability to work under critical time constraints and function professionally with many different levels of peers, clients and management.
- Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
- Any nationality.
