Requirements:
- Curate relevant content to widen or strengthen the community
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a ‘social’ way
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content
- Compile reports to highlight ROI-specific results
- Hands-on experience in managing social media channels for various brands
- Efficient planning and execution of social media activities
- Should be proficient in various social media monitoring and analytics tools
- Must be a graduate
