Responsibilities:Reporting directly into the COO, you main objective will be to
oversee several workshops across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with over 4,000 pieces of equipment worth over USD 180 million.
You will also be responsible for the following:
& Ensure that equipment requirement for projects are anticipated well in advance and a mobilization plan drawn up to provide support to projects as soon as these as required.
& Ensure that equipment is maintained in excellent condition at all times and minimize downtime through a systematic program of preventive and planned maintenance program.
& Implement an effective system for the tracking and cost-effective maintenance of equipment through the use of appropriate software.
& Establish and staff a strong central workshop along with support satellite and mobile workshops in projects.
& Staff the department with highly skilled talent and ensure continuous training to upgrade skills and competency of technicians.

Requirements:
- The successful candidates must hold a technical university degree with a minimum of 20 years in the maintenance of various types of light and heavy construction equipment of which the last 5 years should have been in a similar role with a major construction company having 3000+ equipment such as cranes, dozers, loaders, etc., and satellite and mobile workshops at several project sites.
- Implementation and use of sophisticated maintenance software. Knowledge of Asset Management module in ERP systems such as Oracle would be an advantage.
