Requirements:
- Graduates with minimum 1 year of UAE banking sales experience in selling products like personal loans / auto loans / credit cards / home loans / SME may apply.
- Freshers with minimum 2 years experience in selling retail banking products may also apply.
- Knowledge and understanding of general banking procedures.
- With excellent communication and presentation skills.
- With good sales and negotiation skills.
- With a pleasing and positive attitude.
- To ensure performance as per the performance management criteria.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records.
