Company: Colliers International - We are Urgently looking for an Administrator in our Retail Department.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate's main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Compilation and issuing of paperwork as required.
- Maintenance of record keeping systems including document trackers, Letter referencing system and leasing schedules,
- Production & maintenance of excel spreadsheets and leasing documents, Assist on researching and formatting reports as required,
- General secretarial duties, The ongoing collation of a database of clients, Assist the Retail/ Lease & Sales team,
- Writing correspondence & Filing, Excellent MS Office skills, Other duties as required from time to time.
