Requirements:
- Answer queries and provide technical advise to customers on products and service
- Manage problems and programs through the satisfactory resolution in lineup with defined performance targets and priorities
- Assist in analysis fault reports and performance data to identify shortcomings in network, equipment and configurations; work with technical specialties to help identify problems, causes and solutions to resolve issues and improve performance
- technical qualification in telecommunications, computer science or related subjects; minimum network+, desirable CCNA
- Customer care experience working in a technical help desk environment relating to IP networks
- professional telephone manners
- clear and accurate written and verbal communications
