Requirements:
- Civil Engineering graduate.
- 7-10 years experience in interior fit-out works preferably in Dubai.
- Adequate technical knowledge in joinery functions.
- Immediate availability.
- Leading the sales team
- Closing deals through leads and contacts.
- Running the show at the joinery factory.
- Preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
- Monitoring all departments within the organization - HR/Admin, Finance, Sales & Engineering.
- Cost Control of all projects and factory units.
- Co-ordinate with in-house teams comprised of Draftsmen, Finance, Factory Production, Engineers & Supervisors as a Team Leader.
