Job Role:
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Sub-Contract Evaluation
- Preparation of contract budget and monitoring Preparing of actual cost for completed projects
- Preparation of monthly payment application with all particulars Preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Sub-Contract Evaluation Placing Sub-Contract Orders with different clauses
- Preparation of contract budget and monitoring Certifying and quantifying contractors bills Preparation of post contact;
- cost planning & cost controlAttend internal & external progress and commercial meetings
- Coordinating with Quality Approval & Quality Control department for material approvals process
- Preparing of actual cost for completed projects
- Ensure the contract document is properly executed prior to sign off
- Preparing Extension of Time submission & prolongation claims
- Preparing Lump sum and Re-measurable contracts
- Conducting pre-commencement meetings
- To track, analyze & develop responses to commercial risks
- Preparation of monthly payment application with all particulars Liaise with consultants and project management teams for certification and approval
- The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in an interior fit out company in dubai.
- Nationality: Filipino
- Age: Below 35years
